摘要
The rotating ring-disk electrode configuration, consisting of a Au disk and an InP ring, was used to investigate the electroluminescence (EL) of p-InP during electron injection by Cr(CN)64- generated at the disk. The EL intensity depends strongly on the surface properties of the electrode, as is commonly found for EL of n-type semiconductors. The emission is due to a band-band transition similar to that of n-InP in the presence of Fe(CN)63-.
