摘要
The optical constants of V2O5 single crystals along the three principal crystallographic axes were measured with use of spectroscopic ellipsometry. Theoretical optical constants of V2O5 were derived from band-structure calculations using the first-principles orthogonalized linear combination of atomic orbitals (OLCAO) method. The measured and calculated optical properties are presented and compared. © 1990 The American Physical Society.
