摘要
In the molecular recognition of nucleotides by receptors, hydrogen bonds, arene stacking interactions, and Coulomb interactions come into play. The synthetic receptor 1, which can utilize all three types of interactions, extracts 2',3'- and 3',5'-cAMP in a 1:1 stoichiometry from water in dichloromethane. NMR spectroscopic results give indications on the structure of the complex.
