FAST-ION TRANSPORT MECHANISM IN LI3M2(PO4)3 CRYSTALS (M=SC, CR, FE, IN)

摘要
From experimental data on impedance, IR, Raman and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy it is shown that each lithium ion moves by "classical" hopping in Li3Sc2(PO4)3 superionic crystals, i.e. the residence time tau(r) is much greater than the time tau(f) of flight. At the same time the charge transfer in the compound can be "effectively" described as the motion of Li-Li ion pairs with an intrapair ion distance equal to approximately the sum of the lithium ion radii.
