摘要
This paper reports on the I-V characteristics of thermally grown Bi2O3 thin films. The behaviour of the I-V characteristics shows that the conduction mechanism is space-charge limited. Current-controlled negative resistance in the Bi2O3 films is observed and its occurence is explained qualitatively by the Lampert double-injection model. © 1979.
