摘要：

Considerable attention has been given to the importance of structural and contextual variables in the successful implementation of computer-based information systems. A perusal of the empirical studies, however, reveals only moderate evidence to substantiate the critical nature of macro organizational variables. This paper reviews the hypothetical and empirical studies concering organizational factors and gives several recommendations for future research strategies.
