摘要：

炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel diseases,IBD)的病因和发病机制仍未完全明确。其发病与免疫、遗传、环境、微生物感染等因素均有密切的联系。传统的治疗手段包括水杨酸类制剂、糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂、抗生素及手术切除等。根据IBD发病机制中的免疫因素,近年来免疫治疗药物试用于IBD的治疗。文中对IBD免疫治疗研究的新进展作一综述。
