摘要：

随着微生物在人体内的作用越来越受到关注,肠道菌群已成为了近些年来研究的热门领域之一。肠道菌群的特异性受地域及遗传等因素的影响。饮食、运动、药物等也与肠道菌群的构成密切相关。随着大量研究结果证实肠道菌群与肥胖、糖尿病等代谢性疾病密切相关,肠道菌群未来很有可能成为一系列代谢性疾病防控的新方向。文中就主要就肠道菌群的分布、功能、影响因素以及肠道菌群与代谢性疾病的关系等方面作一介绍。
