摘要：

目的检测类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)患者滑膜被覆细胞及滑膜下组织中干扰素-γ(interferon-γ,IFN-γ)、白介素-4(interleukin-4,IL-4)的表达及分布状况,探讨二者在RA发病中的作用。方法采用免疫组化EnVision法检测42例RA、10例骨性关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)患者滑膜被覆细胞及滑膜下组织中IFN-γ、IL-4的表达。结果 IFN-γ在RA、OA组阳性率分别为93.0%和90%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);IL-4在RA、OA组阳性率分别为66.7%和30.0%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且二者表达具有相关性(rs=-0.688,P<0.05)。结论 IFN-γ和IL-4在RA滑膜组织的表达均升高,且二者间的表达具有相关性,提示其在RA的发病机制中可能具有一定的作用。
