果树DNA分子标记及基因工程若干研究进展

摘要
本文综述了近年来 DNA分子标记在果树品种 (系 )鉴定和分类、果树遗传图谱构建、果树基因标记等方面的应用 ,以及果树基因工程 ,包括果树目的基因 (片段 )的分离克隆、果树遗传转化等方面的研究状况 ,并对DNA分子标记及基因工程研究中存在的问题进行了总结 ,指出了今后的发展趋势
