葛根素与卵磷脂囊泡的相互作用

摘要
通过紫外可见光谱、红外光谱、Zeta电势和量子力学从头算等方法研究了生理条件下(pH7.4)葛根素与卵磷脂囊泡的相互作用.结果表明,在卵磷脂囊泡体系中,葛根素能与囊泡发生显著的相互作用,葛根素主要以分子中的B环部分定位于囊泡的疏水微区中,并且卵磷脂体系有利于葛根素分子的酸碱平衡向去质子化的方向移动.葛根素分子上的羟基与磷脂分子的极性头基在膜/水界面上形成的氢键结构增强了卵磷脂双层膜的规整性和稳定性,从而导致磷脂膜的流动性和渗透性的降低.
