摘要：

在临床实践中,脑出血后继发缺血性脑损伤的现象较为常见。近年来,越来越多的研究试图寻找有效的治疗方法来避免缺血性脑损伤的发生和改善脑出血患者的预后。文章就脑出血后缺血性脑损伤的发生率和机制进行了综述。
