摘要：

环氧化酶/5-脂氧合酶(COX/5-LOX)双重平衡抑制药通过同时阻断炎症递质前列腺素和白三烯的形成,可产生协同抗炎作用,有望增加疗效和减少不良反应。该文总结了近年来国内外报道的具有COX/5-LOX双重抑制效应的天然产物的研究现状,并展望了其研发前景。
