高承诺人力资源实践与员工绩效——组织支持感的中介作用

摘要
以36家企业的261份员工为样本,采用多元线性回归方法检验了研究假设。结果发现:高承诺人力资源实践对组织支持感有显著正向影响;组织支持感对员工绩效有显著正向影响;组织支持感在高承诺人力资源实践与员工绩效关系中起部分中介作用。
