试述针灸介入排卵障碍性不孕症治疗的可行性

摘要：

排卵障碍是妇女不孕症的主要诱因,目前治疗该病以西药促排卵为主,但该疗法易导致卵泡发育不良,且妊娠率低。针灸对本病的治疗和研究还处于起步阶段,但呈现出良好的临床应用前景。笔者总结排卵障碍性不孕症机制研究的最新进展,同时结合针灸机制研究的现状,从其调控下丘脑功能活动、垂体神经递质释放和卵巢功能活动变化角度,试述针灸介入治疗排卵障碍性不孕症存在可行性,为其在临床的应用提供证据,也为深入相应机制研究提供新的思路。
