新加坡国立大学创新型人才培养模式及其启示

摘要：

创新人才是推动社会进步和建设创新型国家的核心力量。新加坡国立大学在多年的实践和研究中形成了科学、系统的创新型人才培养模式,培养出了大量具有全球竞争力的拔尖创新人才。本文通过案例分析,深入剖析了新加坡国立大学的创新人才培养模式,归纳出"四位一体"模式,即搭建课堂内外双创新实践平台、实施项目式跨学科教学、构建系统化科教融合机制与创设"无墙化"国际教育环境。借鉴新加坡国立大学的创新人才培养模式,我国高校可以从三个层面进行重点实践改革:推动全社会协同育人,优化创新人才培养布局;构建多元互动平台,深化科教融合创新机制;激发学生主体意识,提升创新实践学习力。
