<正>西红花又叫番红花、藏红花,为多年生的鸢尾科植物番红花(Crocus sativus L.)的干燥柱头,是我国的一种名贵中药。西红花苷(crocin)是西红花(saffron)的一种水溶性胡萝卜素类化合物西红花酸与不同糖结合而成的一系列酯苷,是西红花的主要活性成分之一,具有抗血小板聚集、抗血栓形
