摘要：

随着针灸现代化、国际化的发展,用现代科技手段阐明针灸经典理论的科学内涵成为世界传统医药研究的重点,代谢组学是系统生物学的重要组成部分并被广泛应用于多个领域,针灸与代谢组学技术的有机结合成为必然。通过对代谢组学的研究方法、分析策略与技术及在针灸关键科学问题研究中的应用现状等进行分析与论述,提出将代谢组学技术引入针灸学研究,对于发展针灸理论、提高针灸临床疗效,促进针灸学的现代化和国际化发展有着十分重要的科学意义和临床实用价值。
