摘要：

低位前切除术后综合征(LARS)是一种以多种排粪异常症状混合的综合征,包括排粪次数增多、便急、便频以及排粪失禁。LARS可在术后立即出现或者在预防性造口还纳之后出现。随着时间的延长,LARS的症状会逐渐减轻,部分患者排粪功能逐步恢复正常或基本正常,但仍有60%～80%的患者存在症状,导致日常生活和心理-社会生活受到严重影响。目前,关于LARS确切的病因及发病机制尚不清楚,但多数学者认为,LARS的发生与多种因素有关,包括肿瘤部位、放疗与否及手术技术等。
