<正> 1985年 Barker 等首次将磁刺激技术从周围神经系统应用到中枢神经系统,从而产生了一种新的神经生理刺激手段。随后,经颅磁刺激(transcranial magnetic stimulation,TMS)技术快速发展,被广泛应用于基础和临床。1989年又出现了重复 TMS(repetitive TMS,rTMS),其突出特点是具有持续生物学效应,因而可作为一种治疗手段,应用于难治性
