摘要
随着螺旋CT技术的进步和定量CT(QCT)分析技术的发展,定量CT(QCT)骨密度测量的临床应用越来越引起大家的重视。美国放射学院(ACR)组织专家起草,并于2008年颁布了ACR定量CT(QCT)骨密度测量操作指南。该指南的目的在于制定临床工作中QCT检查实施和诊断的参考标准,包括其设备要求、质量控制、适用人群、临床适应症和禁忌症,医生和技术员资质要求,以及QCT测量规范和报告规范。该指南提出了对绝经后妇女和50岁及以上男性的QCT诊断参考标准。建议脊柱QCT采用BMD绝对值诊断,即BMD>120 mg/cm3诊断为骨量正常,BMD 120 mg/cm3~80 mg/cm3诊断为低骨量,BMD<80 mg/cm3诊断为骨质疏松。QCT髋关节测量的T值可以根据WHO DXA标准来诊断骨质疏松。该指南对我国的QCT临床应用具有指导意义。
