摘要：

余甘子和诃子均为常用藏药,藏药中余甘子、毛诃子、诃子3种药物配伍使用称为大三果,是大多数常用方剂的基础方。本文对余甘子和诃子化学成分与药理作用进行归纳总结和比较,为两种常用藏药的应用提供依据。
