摘要：

<正>随着平均预期寿命的提高以及生育率的持续下降,我国人口持续老龄化。据统计,中国60周岁以上老龄人口已达到2.1亿,有近1/3的老年人存在吞咽障碍情况[1],社区老人发病率为14%35%[2],而在老年照护机构有50%75%老人存在吞咽障碍。有1/2患者发生误吸,1/3患者发生吸入性肺炎[3]。吞咽障碍可导致脱水、营养不良、
