浒苔多糖提取、结构与活性研究进展

摘要
浒苔(Enteromorpha)是富含多糖的一类低值藻类植物,具有良好的食用和药用价值,研究浒苔多糖对食品医药工业意义重大。通过热水浸提法、热碱抽提、酶法提取、微波超声辅助提取法提取浒苔多糖,采用离子交换层析与凝胶过滤层析进行纯化,利用化学法与大型仪器分析法测定多糖的结构,并对多糖的活性进行研究。热水浸提法与热碱抽提法是浒苔多糖最常用的提取方式。浒苔多糖主要由鼠李糖、木糖、葡萄糖(少量甘露糖、半乳糖、阿拉伯糖)等单糖组成,并含有糖醛酸和硫酸基,多糖主链含有多种连接键型。浒苔多糖具有免疫活性与抗氧化活性,同时具有抑癌、降血脂、凝血、保湿等多种作用。浒苔多糖的功能与活性在制药、功能性食品、天然食品添加剂、化妆品等行业具有良好的应用前景。
