摘要
纽甜是一种新型、非营养型、高甜度甜味剂,全面介绍了纽甜的物理和化学性质、生产方法和使用特性等。重点论述了以阿斯巴甜为前体物质的纽甜制备工艺,及该工艺中使用到的关键原料3,3-二甲基丁醛的制备过程。纽甜特性优良,应用前景广阔,有很好市场需求,加快其研发进度对我国甜味剂市场有着重要意义。
