摘要
热休克蛋白70(HSP70)是进化上高度保守的一种的蛋白质,具有多种生物学功能,包括分子伴侣功能,具有细胞保护及抗细胞凋亡功能,参与免疫调节,以及在病毒感染与疾病研究中也有重要作用。本文着重对HSP70的结构和功能研究的进展作一综述。
