摘要：

人类最大的菌群位于消化道,它们执行着重要的生理功能。肠道菌群结构和功能的改变影响着肠道疾病的发生、发展和转归。腹泻病、肠易激综合征(IBS)和炎性肠病(IBD)均为常见的肠道疾病,它们与肠道菌群的关系日益受到关注。
