摘要
<正>肠道微生物生态系统是哺乳动物体内最复杂和最大的微生态系统,肠道菌群种类多达1 000余种,细菌总数多达100万亿,是宿主细胞数量的10倍。其主要由硬壁菌门、拟杆菌门、放线菌门和变形杆菌门构成,其中严格厌氧菌的数量比兼性厌氧菌和需氧菌多2~3个数量级[1]。不同个体消化道中存在主导菌群,采用宏基因组学高通量测序方法可划分为拟杆菌属型、普氏菌属型、瘤胃球菌属型三种不同的"肠类型"。根据菌群代谢途径的特点,摄高蛋白
