摘要：

溃疡性结肠炎的发病机制较复杂,与多种因素联合作用有关。随着研究的进一步深入,目前认为集体免疫系统紊乱(如细胞因子、瘦素及脂联素等)起重要作用,此外还有遗传因素、环境因素和微生物感染等因素共同造成。了解溃疡性结肠炎的发病机制可为以后早期诊断、个体化治疗及预后评价提供线索,文章对其发病机制进行综述。
