基于信任的移动政务服务用户采纳模型与实证分析

摘要：

基于理性行为理论和移动商务消费者信任模型,构建了包括信任倾向、信任网络、信任政府、感知信任等因素的移动政务服务采纳模型。通过对760份有效样本的实证分析表明:信任倾向分别显著影响信任网络和信任政府,进而影响公众对移动政务服务的接纳,但是对移动政务的感知信任对采纳意向并无显著影响。
