<正>沙门菌引起的食源性疾病是危害人类健康的重大隐患,被列为首选控制的食源性致病菌〔1〕。沙门菌属型别复杂,传统的分型方法大多是通过表型鉴定,如依据菌体表面脂多糖、鞭毛抗原分别携带的O、H抗原等,包括生化反应、耐药性、血清学、噬菌体分型等方法,直接体现了菌株的不同来源、不同致病性或表观特征差异,但是这些分型方法存在分型率低、重
