摘要：

桑黄是一种十分珍贵的药用真菌,对增强人体免疫功能及治疗疾病等方面都有明显作用。本文介绍了桑黄多糖在药理、液体发酵和多糖提取、纯化以及鉴定等方面的研究进展情况,并提出了展望,为进一步开展桑黄的研究工作提供参考。
