摘要：

腹腔镜手术以其创伤小,术后恢复快的优势,越来越成为结直肠癌外科治疗的一种不可或缺的方式。文章对腹腔镜手术的分类,结直肠癌腹腔镜技术的准入标准、适应证和禁忌证等进行了介绍,并主要对其根治性、穿刺孔和切口种植复发、手术并发症、中转开腹、卫生经济学评价预后等问题进行解析。
