心力衰竭与心肌能量代谢关系的研究进展

摘要
心脏作为一个高耗能、低储备的器官,可维持细胞的正常代谢及其功能。心肌直接利用的能量形式为腺苷三磷酸(ATP)。如果ATP的产生和储备减少、ATP酶活性降低,最终都将会导致心肌收缩和舒张能力的下降。心力衰竭(HF)患者机体内的能量代谢会发生紊乱,心肌能量缺乏时可能会导致左心室重构的恶性循环。本文就正常状态下的心肌代谢、HF时心肌代谢的改变及其研究进展做一综述。
