<正>脓毒症(sepsis)是一种由感染引起的全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS),可引起多器官的损伤,严重时可引起多脏器功能障碍综合征(MODS)。脓毒症相关器官功能障碍是重症监护室(ICU)中最常见的死因[1]。其中死亡风险最高的是急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury,AKI)[2]。而AKI是指各种原因引起的急性肾脏功能损害及减退,导致血中氮质代谢产物积聚,水电
