伦理型领导:起源、维度、作用与启示

摘要
在阐述和分析了伦理型领导的起源、定义及独特性的基础上,对伦理型领导理论的维度演进、作用效果与机制及影响因素研究的新进展进行了整理与评介。然后,探讨了伦理型领导研究中的新现象、新问题及可能探讨思路。最后,总结了伦理型领导研究的启示并提出了未来可能的研究方向。
