摘要
<正> 上皮内淋巴细胞(intraepithelial lymphocyte,IEL)广泛分布在皮肤、呼吸道、胃肠道及泌尿生殖道。肠上皮内淋巴细胞(intestinal intraepithelial lymphocyte,iIEL)定位于肠上皮细胞(intestinal epithelialcell,IEC)间,正常成人平均每100个IEC间有6-40个iIEL。iIEL与IEC紧密接触且与含有多种抗原的局部微环境密切相关,均表明其具有黏膜免疫功能。本文就目前对iIEL发育、作用机理及在肠道疾病、口服耐受作用中的研究进展综述如下。
