摘要：

梳理了1990年代以来国内外学者对城市与区域的空间极化研究,西方学者的研究包括理论与实证两方面,理论研究集中在极化测度方法的研究。国内学者以实证研究为主,主要是利用极化测度方法对国内城市与区域空间极化进行研究。最后简要评述了空间极化研究。
