摘要：

选取我国华南地区126家高科技企业作为研究对象,对组织学习、动态能力与持续竞争优势之间的关系进行了实证研究,认为组织学习对动态能力有显著的直接正向影响;动态能力对持续竞争优势有显著的直接正向影响;组织学习对持续竞争优势没有显著的直接正向影响。
