平板式太阳能电热联用面板

摘要
在简要概述了温度对太阳电池影响的同时,综述了近十年用空气、水作工质的平板式太阳能电热面板的研究进展以及相关的性能评价方法。经过对比,相同条件下水冷面板相对于空冷热效率高20~45%,电效率高2~4%,因而是更合适的电热联用方案。在评价面板性能时,应该考虑电和热的品位差别。未来工作的思路可包括流道结构的设计、工质的筛选、电池封装和连接方式的改进等。
