<正>多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovarian syndrome,PCOS)是一种病因复杂、具有高度遗传异质性和表型多样性的、常见的妇科内分泌疾病,其主要特点为月经异常和雄激素过多,育龄期妇女中患病率高达6%～8%,也是女性不孕症的主要病因之一。PCOS不仅影响女性的生殖功能,越来越多的循证医学研究也提示,PCOS与一系列影响健康的重大疾病密切关联。有研究表明,PCOS患者2型糖尿病、代谢
