脂肪干细胞的旁分泌功能及其对皮肤损伤修复的作用

摘要
脂肪干细胞(adipose derived stem cells,ASCs)来源丰富、取材简便,被视为组织工程的最佳细胞来源,并具有显著的旁分泌效应。皮肤是人体的一个重要器官。皮肤损伤后的修复过程包括了多种细胞的协同作用,同时需要基质成分和信号分子的参与,促进肉芽组织形成,其修复过程涉及炎症反应、细胞增殖迁移、血管生成、细胞外基质重塑以及再上皮化等。ASCs旁分泌功能对于不同程度、不同原因引起的皮肤损伤都有修复作用,已在动物实验中得到了证实。另外,ASCs对皮肤损伤修复的促进作用还受到细胞诱导因子及培养方式等因素影响,由于这些条件都会引起ASCs旁分泌功能的显著变化。ASCs的旁分泌作用提示了ASCs在皮肤损伤修复或抗衰老领域有极大的应用潜力。
