星形胶质细胞在脑缺血损伤中的保护作用及中药干预作用

摘要
脑缺血损伤后,通常认为主要是对神经元的损伤,但缺血的梗死区包括着其它细胞,如星形胶质细胞(astrocytes,AS)、脑微血管内皮细胞、小胶质细胞等。在脑中风损伤初期AC支持神经元的存活,所以对AS功能完整性的保护将在今后的研究中将受到进一步的重视。文章将探讨AS在脑缺血导致的神经损伤的发病机制中的基础作用及中药对其的保护作用。
