摘要：

虚拟现实技术是临床心理学中常使用的突破普通刺激呈现局限的手段,能进一步拉近实验室与真实情境的相似度,为心理学研究带来革命性的进步。本文梳理了虚拟现实技术在恐惧症和焦虑症、进食障碍和创伤后应激障碍上的应用,其较传统心理学具有三个优势,最后指出虚拟现实技术在临床心理学上的应用仍然处于实验室阶段,还需要在技术、治疗方案、治疗范围上进一步拓展。
