<正>急性胰腺炎(acute pancreatitis,AP)的发病率逐年升高,病死率仍居高不下。中华医学会消化病学分会曾于2003年制订了《中国急性胰腺炎诊治指南(草案)》[1],对提高我国AP的救治水平起到重要作用。近10年来,随着对AP诊断和分类标准的更新,以及国内外对该病的临床诊治研究的不断深入,有必要修订新的AP指南,以进一步规范我国该疾病的临床诊治。
