摘要：

TGF-β(转化生长因子-β)是一种多功能细胞因子,在骨折愈合过程中,TGF-β对细胞增殖、分化以及细胞外基质合成起重要调节作用。从修复开始到骨形成的不同阶段中都有TGF-β的定位及表达。目前研究TGF-β在骨折愈合方面的应用前景广阔。随着组织工程学的深入研究,骨折愈合这个临床上的难题有望得到突破,本文就相关方面的研究做一综述。
