转移成本在在线用户的忠诚度中的研究评述

摘要
回顾了近十年来转移成本与在线用户忠诚度的文献,归纳了转移成本对用户忠诚度的影响方式:直接影响用户忠诚度、作为中介变量影响用户忠诚度和作为调节变量影响用户忠诚度。从三个方面进行了文献的梳理和评述,即转移成本、满意度和忠诚度之间的关系;转移成本、感知价值和忠诚度之间的关系;转移成本、转移障碍和忠诚度之间的关系。最后指出了当前研究的不足和未来的研究方向。
