<正>双下肢不等长(leg-length discrepancy,LLD)是全髋关节置换术(total hip arthroplasty,THA)后的常见并发症。THA术后LLD可引起患者跛行、假体松动、腰背痛、同侧膝关节痛、坐骨神经麻痹、骨盆倾斜、脊柱侧弯,降低髋关节的翻修率等[1-3]。据Wyled等[4]对1 114例THA术后患者的随访报道,
