摘要：

国际公约和倡议有利于鼓励和加强各国采取一致行动推动海洋生态保护修复。文章总结了海洋生态保护修复相关的重要国际议程,分析了近年来我国海洋生态保护修复的相关政策和机制,认为我国海洋生态保护修复政策与国际公约倡议在应对全球海洋生态危机中体现出协同增效的效果,并提出我国构建精细化区域海洋生态图、加强生态廊道修复、完善科技支撑体系、推进海洋生态保护修复国际合作等对策建议。
