天然生育酚抗氧化活性的研究

摘要：

对从大豆脱臭馏出物中提取的生育酚浓缩物 ,分别在 80、10 0、130℃下用电导法 (OSI法 )及在 6 3± 2℃下用烘箱法对其抗氧化活性和其它抗氧化剂作了比较研究 .结果表明 ,其抗氧化活性远强于合成的 α-生育酚 ,在 6 3± 2℃的烘箱中和 BHA基本相当 ,在 10 0℃的 OSI实验中其抗氧化活性和 BHT基本相当 ,略弱于 TBHQ,并且在 10 0℃猪油中浓度高达 0 .32 %时未表现促氧化现象 .
